Three Small Business Seminars to be Held at Germantown Library

For Immediate Release: 3/31/2015 A series of three seminars for small business will be presented in April, May and June by SCORE DC mentors at the Germantown Library, 19840 Century Blvd. The seminars will be held according to the following schedule: • April 23 “How to Start Your Business” [register]; • May 4 “How to Finance Your Business” [register]; and • June 11 “How to Market Your Business” [register] All will run from 7 to 9 p.m. and will include a question-and-answer session following the presentations. In each session, mentors from SCORE will discuss factors that will help lead to a successful business, including: testing your business idea and readiness, financial planning and marketing your business. SCORE is a 50 year-old nonprofit whose mission is to help entrepreneurs and small business to succeed.
