The One Dream Academy Site Coordinator will oversee delivery of academic enrichment and academic support programs, logistics and communication, creating positive relationships among program and regular school day staff, youth, and families. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations of the program ensuring the safety and supervision of children at all times, overseeing required data collection, assisting program sub-contractors, effectively managing behavior issues and maintaining a positive program climate, conducting staff evaluations, leading monthly staff meetings, maintaining program equipment inventory, and assuming other duties in consultation with the project director. · This is a part-time hourly consultant position, 15 hrs. per week for 40 weeks to begin in mid- August 2012. · Compensation is based on experience and credentials and ranges from $25-$30/hour. · If interested in applying, please send your cover letter and resume to lynn.sobolov@collaborationcouncil.org.
