For Immediate Release: 3/11/2015 Irish Tea and Jam Festival Coming to Aspen Hill Library An afternoon of Irish music, dance and poetry celebrating Irish Heritage Month will be held at the Aspen Hill Library on March 28 from 2 to 4:30 p.m. The library is at 4407 Aspen Hill Rd., Rockville. The “Irish Tea and Jam Festival” will feature performances by The Bog Band, a local group of young musicians with a passion for traditional Irish music; dancers from The Culkin School of Traditional Irish Dance and Shannon Dunne Dance; a poetry reading; and a traditional Irish jam session for attendees who bring their instruments. To request sign language interpretation or other deaf/hard of hearing services for library-sponsored programs, email MCPL.DeafAccess@montgomerycountymd.gov, preferably with three business days’ notice.
