For Immediate Release: Thursday, January 7, 2016 Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett is holding the second of five budget forums on Monday, January 11. Feedback from the residents about the Fiscal Year 2017 (FY17) Operating Budget priorities is being sought. The forum will begin at 7 p.m. at the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Regional Services Center, 4805 Edgemoor Lane, Bethesda. “Residents have the opportunity to let me know what is important to them as I prepare next year’s operating budget for submission to the County Council on March 15,” said Leggett. “Resident input is crucial in helping me determine the County’s budget priorities.” Additional forums in other areas of the County are scheduled throughout January. • Wednesday, January 20, Silver Spring Regional Services Center, One Veterans Place, Silver Spring. • Thursday, January 21, Mid-County Community Recreation Center, 2004 Queensguard Road, Silver Spring • Monday, January 25, BlackRock Center for the Arts, 12901 Town Commons Drive, Germantown.
