Montgomery County Government outages on its phone lines for incoming and outgoing phone calls: Completing restoration and confirmation of service procedures. Will update when full restoration has been confirmed. The County’s 9-1-1 emergency, 301-279-8000 police non-emergency, and the County’s informational 3-1-1 and 240-777-0311 phone lines are not affected and are fully operational. Residents may experience difficulty when dialing some of the County phone numbers beginning with 240-773 and 240-777. We apologize for any inconvenience and will provide updates as the restoration to full service progresses.
