WHAT: 2018 Lunar New Year Celebration WHEN: Saturday, February 10, 2018 from WHERE: 51 University Blvd E, Silver Spring, MD 20901-2451, United States Did you know Montgomery County is home to over 160,000 Asian American & Pacific Islanders or just above 15% of Montgomery County’s population? Please join Team Dang in celebrating the diversity of Montgomery County’s Asian American & Pacific Islander community! Our 2018 Lunar New Years Celebration will include live music from Evan and Ross and Stuart, cultural activities and performances, and traditional Lunar New Years foods from our diverse community. This event is family friendly and open to the public! The event will be held at the Blair High School Cafeteria on Saturday, February 10th from 5:30-7:30PM. Please donate “what you can” to help elect Montgomery County’s first Asian American County Councilmember! You may donate online by visiting http://votedang.com/donate/. We encourage you to “give what you can” online in advance to avoid long lines. As a public finance candidate, our campaign can only accept donations between $5-$150.
