Program Specialist Montgomery County Community Engagement Cluster, Rockville, Maryland $40,952 – $67,533 This is a part-time position responsible for helping to develop and implement three programs at the Gilchrist Center for Cultural Diversity: (1) Civic Engagement Academies; (2) New Resident Orientations; and (3) Workforce/Job Placement services. The Civic Engagement Academies and New Resident Orientations work includes program development, technical assistance, volunteer supervision, and alumni network development. In addition, the program specialist would help support the development of a workforce/job placement Gilchrist Center pilot program for new immigrants working off of the existing efforts.
