Theo nguồn tin của quận Montgomery For Immediate Release: 12/2/2013 Sign Up For Affordable Care Act Health Coverage; Additional Saturday Enrollment Hours Added Signed into law in March 2010, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) requires legal residents ages 18 to 64 to have health insurance coverage beginning in 2014 or pay a fine. Residents of Montgomery and Prince George’s counties can sign up for health care coverage at more than 25 sites throughout the community via Maryland Health Connection, the state’s insurance marketplace.
