For Immediate Release: 3/24/2015 Montgomery County Commuter Services, Commuter Connections and the Washington Area Bicyclist Association are sponsoring this year’s Bike to Work Day on Friday, May 15. More than 10,000 area commuters are expected to participate in these free celebration of bicycling as a fun and healthy way to get to work. Drop in at one of 79 pit stops throughout Washington D.C., Maryland and Virginia for refreshments and a chance to win bicycles and other prizes. Montgomery County Commuter Services is sponsoring morning pit stops in Bethesda, Fallsgrove Village Center, Friendship Heights, North Bethesda, Rockville Town Center and Silver Spring, which will feature a raffle with the grand prize of a bicycle.
