Program sponsored by the Friends of the Library, Germantown Chapter. All ages. No registration required. Lunar New Year Craft with BlackRock Center for the Arts 2/6/2016 11:00 AM Following Lunar New Year Storytime, head over to the meeting room to create Chinese Dragon puppets with visual art teachers from BlackRock Center for the Arts! The celebration continues next door at BlackRock with martial arts and music performances by local artists, additional craft projects, and artist demonstrations from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm.
