Due to popular demand, Yoga in the Park at the City Hall Concert Pavilion will be extended through August 30, 2016. This free drop-in program, designed for all ages, skills and abilities, takes place on Tuesdays from 7 to 8 p.m. Yoga helps you develop your mind, body and spirit with movement synchronized with breath to awaken strength, energy and flexibility. Bring a yoga mat, towel or blanket. Note that this outdoor activity is subject to weather cancellations. Check the City of Gaithersburg website for updates.
