Lunch Concert Series to Come to Town Center If you wanted another excuse to get out of the office and visit Regal Row at Town Center during lunchtimes, the city is beginning a new lunchtime concert series starting Aug. 11. “Lunch Out Live” will feature concerts from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. on Thursdays, and the series will run for 12 weeks. Here’s the schedule of who’s playing: Aug. 25 Bad Influence Band Blues Sept. 1 Heather Mae Pop Sept. 8 Lloyd Dobler Effect Rock Sept. 15 The Patty Reese band Country Sept. 22 Dave Chappell Roots Rock/Blues Sept. 29 Rick Whitehead Trio Jazz Oct. 6 South Rail Alt. Country Oct. 13 Ted Garber Blue/Americana/Rock Oct. 20 Kevin James Classic Rock Oct. 27 Aly Tadros Folk The Mayor and Council approved the new events at Monday’s meeting. The concert series was suggested by the Mayor and Council as a way to attract more people to businesses in the downtown area.
