Join Montgomery County Recreation at our second #HERtime2shine Sports & Fitness Event in celebration of girls and women in sports. This activity was started last year as a way to empower girls to get involved in sports and live healthy, active lifestyles by bringing the county’s sports and fitness organizations together to showcase new opportunities. This year’s event will feature a fun, carnival-style day for the entire family. All ages are welcome. This event will include demonstrations, entertainment and informational booths. Active participant interaction with exhibitors will be part of this conference. We’ll also have cool prizes. Hertime2shine is free to attend and participate.
