For Immediate Release: 6/3/2015 “Recycling, Composting and Rainscaping” Program to be Held at Aspen Hill Library The public is invited to learn about the benefits of “Recycling, Composting and Rainscaping” at a program to be held at the Aspen Hill Library on June 8 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. The library is located at 4407 Aspen Hill Rd., Rockville. Representatives from the County’s Department of Environmental Protection will speak about the best practices and rewards of recycling, composting and rainscaping. A limited supply of free compost and recycling bins will be available, as well as rebate rewards for rainscaping.
