The incumbent is responsible for (1) program evaluation and program measures including preparation of the Center’s semi-annual and annual reports; (2) management of the Center’s volunteer program and its database; (3) management of information and referral services; and (4) Center operations support. This Program Specialist II will help guide the Center’s goals as part of the management team, improve the data management of above-mentioned programs and enhance the information and referral services offered at the Gilchrist Center sites.
