Montgomery County Recreation Presents World Cup Viewing Party Montgomery County will host a free World Cup Soccer Final Viewing Party on Sunday, July 13 at Silver Spring Veterans Plaza at the corner of Fenton St. and Ellsworth Dr. The final match for the 2014 Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) World Cup, scheduled to begin at 3 p.m., will be aired on a Jumbotron. Low lawn chairs, blankets and coolers are allowed and there are also many restaurants nearby.
