For Immediate Release: Wednesday, May 3, 2017 Montgomery County Recreation invites residents to attend the Long Branch Community Unity Festival on Saturday, May 6 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event will be held at the Long Branch Community Recreation Center located at 8700 Piney Branch Road in Silver Spring. The free, family-oriented event will include entertainment, arts and crafts, children’s activities and food vendors from many cultures. The annual event is coordinated by the Long Branch Community Recreation Center Advisory Committee and celebrates the rich cultural diversity in the Long Branch community. Free parking is available.
