Ms. Duong assumed the position effective March 7, 2012. Board Chair and President, Yen Le, stated, �We are fortunate to have C�line as Executive Director. Her nonprofit and business experience as well as her passion for community service work will be a tremendous asset for MVMA. I would like to thank the Executive Transition Committee members for their time and dedication throughout the search process.� Ms. Duong earned Master�s degrees from universities in France and the UK in management strategy, finance, and international business. She�s trilingual in English, Vietnamese, and French. In Ms. Duong�s capacity as the branch manager and project manager at Boat People S.O.S, she implemented and evaluated a number of projects that utilized her organizational skills in program planning and execution, staff management, financial management, and community and media outreach. Prior to joining MVMA, Ms. Duong worked as a supervisor in the banking industry.
