The scholarship is intended to help support the cost of the recipient’s attendance at a trade school, community college, college, or university of his or her choice. Graduating seniors from high schools located in the District of Columbia, Prince George’s County, MD, Montgomery County, MD, Arlington County, VA, the City of Alexandria, VA, and Fairfax County, VA, who face hardship conditions, and who are in need of financial assistance to pursue post-secondary education at trade schools, community colleges, colleges and/or universities, are eligible to apply for the scholarships.
